My passion is helping you develop a strong sense of self, and the courage and strength to be seen and heard as you really are. I will support and guide you on a path that is uniquely your own. I provide a safe and comfortable space which will allow you to express deeply felt emotions such as shame, guilt, grief, sadness and anger. You do not have to keep repeating the same destructive behavior, or to have the same repetitive unproductive thoughts and feelings that leave you feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. I will help you find relief!

Couple Counseling

You want and deserve an emotionally fulfilling and sexually intimate relationship. But, now, you feel you’ve tried everything, and it still hasn’t happened for you. Working with an experienced couples counselor can make it possible to have what you want – a joyful and loving relationship with your Partner or Spouse. I will support and guide you every step along the way. My style is straightforward with a sense of humor. After all, why be in a relationship if it isn’t fun!
